VictoryText is a subsidiary of Victory Enterprises, Inc. based in Davenport, Iowa. Established in 1993, by company founder, Steve Grubbs, Victory Enterprises is a full service corporate and political technology company. Our mobile SMS system is our latest offering to continue to meet the demands of our clientele. Victory Enteprises clients have included some of the largest corporations in the world including Verizon and the Forbes for President campaign. We are members of the Davenport Chamber of Commerce and the Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce.
